The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting routine financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, processing payments, assisting with payroll and reporting, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Payment & Payroll: Process payments and support payroll administration.
Verification: Verify expenses and review financial documentation.
Reporting & Records: Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
Transaction Monitoring: Follow up on outstanding financial transactions and discrepancies.
Compliance: Support compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
Confidentiality: Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field.
Experience: Prior accounting training is not required.
Technical Skills: Good computer skills and proficiency in spreadsheets.
Soft Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Professionalism: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proactivity: Confidence in following up on financial records and discrepancies.
