📌 Role Overview
Position Title: Digital Trainer
Locations: Kaduna State & Nasarawa State
Remuneration: ₦100,000 monthly

💡 About the Role
As a Digital Trainer, you will deliver practical, engaging digital skills training to young people within your assigned community. You will help learners develop core technical competencies, mentor them, monitor their progress, and prepare them for opportunities in today’s digital economy.
In this role, you will work directly with STEM Club Africa’s Zonal Program Officer and Project Team to ensure smooth and impactful project delivery.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Facilitation: Deliver interactive, practical, and engaging digital skills training sessions.
Mentorship: Support, guide, and motivate learners throughout the duration of the program.
Progress Tracking: Monitor student growth, provide feedback, and assess skill development.
Community Engagement: Promote STEM Club Africa initiatives and foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
Collaboration: Partner with the Zonal Program Officer and Project Team to execute program targets effectively.
🎯 Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of OND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
Technical Knowledge: Strong command of modern digital tools and core technical skills.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, group facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Drive: A proven passion for youth development, STEM education, and community impact.
Location: Must be based in or available to work in either Kaduna State or Nasarawa State.
