About Medbase Africa & The Opportunity
Medbase Africa is actively recruiting qualified and dedicated individuals to serve as Data Enumerators for its upcoming Health AI Equity Study in Adamawa State.
This critical research study examines how healthcare workers utilize artificial intelligence tools—such as ChatGPT—to support clinical decision-making. Selected enumerators will play a vital role in contributing to field data collection and gathering insights essential to understanding the integration of AI in modern healthcare.

Key Job Responsibilities
Selected Data Enumerators will support comprehensive field activities for the Health AI Equity Study, including:
Collecting relevant, high-quality study data from participants across assigned locations.
Adhering strictly to the study team’s instructions and established research protocols.
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout data collection.
Upholding ethical research guidelines, respecting participant confidentiality, and ensuring all collected information is handled securely and responsibly.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Geographic Availability: Must be willing and able to participate in fieldwork within Yola North, Yola South, Girei, and Fufure local government areas of Adamawa State.
Core Skills: Demonstrated communication skills, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the proven ability to follow complex research instructions and data collection protocols.
Research Alignment: Preparedness to support research activities focused on healthcare workers’ adoption and use of artificial intelligence tools in clinical settings.
