OPay is recruiting qualified and motivated candidates for open positions across all 36 states in Nigeria.
1. Sales Manager
Location: Nationwide (All 36 States)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience: 2–4 years in sales, business development, fintech, banking, or microfinance (minimum 1 year supervising sales/field teams preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage Sales Agents to achieve target portfolio growth and loan disbursements.
Develop and execute territory sales plans based on local market potential.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (applications, approvals, collections, and disbursements).
Conduct field coaching visits, address performance gaps, and onboard new talent.
Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Credit, Compliance, and HR to ensure full policy compliance.
2. Field Sales Agent
Location: Nationwide (All 36 States)
Industry: Microfinance Bank / Financial Services
Employment Type: Full-Time (Entry Level)
Education: Minimum of OND in any relevant field
Experience: 1–3 years in direct sales, customer acquisition, loan sales, deposit mobilization, or agency banking
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers for OPay financial products.
Promote lending and deposit products to meet assigned sales targets.
Conduct direct field sales activities within designated territories.
Assist customers with initial application and onboarding procedures using digital tools.
3. Field Sales Verification Officer
Location: Nationwide (All 36 States)
Industry: Microfinance Bank / Financial Services
Education: OND or HND
Experience: 1+ year in field verification, credit appraisal, or risk assessment preferred (willing to train entry-level applicants with strong observational skills)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical field visits to applicants’ residences, businesses, and guarantors.
Verify accuracy of application details to assess creditworthiness and prevent fraud.
Use digital devices to capture photos, log locations, and submit field reports.
Evaluate business operations and applicant capacity to support responsible lending.
