About the Role
Dataphyte Foundation is inviting qualified and experienced Nigerians to apply for the position of State Coordinator under the Nigeria Election Data Observatory (NEDO) for the 2027 General Elections.
Selected State Coordinators will play a pivotal role in overseeing election observation activities, managing field observers, and supporting robust election monitoring and reporting within their assigned states during the 2027 Presidential and National Assembly Elections.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise comprehensive election observation activities within the assigned state.
Manage, coordinate, and guide field observers effectively.
Facilitate training sessions and coordinate field operations.
Support monitoring, data collection, and reporting activities in alignment with the Nigeria Election Data Observatory (NEDO) guidelines.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: Demonstrated previous experience in election observation, monitoring, and reporting.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills, with proven capability in conducting training and managing people effectively.
Residency: Must be a resident of the state for which they are applying to serve.
