About the Opportunity
The Gender Mobile Initiative (GMI) is seeking dynamic, passionate, and community-oriented professionals to join our team as Field Coordinator / Community Mobilizer.
In this vital role, you will spearhead community engagement, stakeholder mobilization, and the successful on-the-ground execution of project activities across target communities within Bauchi Central.
Key Responsibilities
Drive community mobilization and sensitization efforts among key stakeholders and target groups.
Coordinate field-level activities and ensure smooth operational logistics within assigned Local Government Areas.
Facilitate community dialogues, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
Monitor program implementation, collect field data, and provide regular progress reports to management.
