Programme Overview
We are excited to announce a comprehensive 3-month digital skills development and internship opportunity designed specifically for young people and adolescent girls in Yobe State. This initiative aims to equip participants with practical, industry-relevant digital skills to significantly enhance their employability, foster entrepreneurship, encourage active civic participation, and unlock emerging opportunities within the modern digital economy.
Core Training Areas
Participants will receive rigorous hands-on training across four high-demand digital tracks:
AI Essentials: Fundamental concepts and practical applications of Artificial Intelligence.
Social Media Marketing: Strategies for brand growth, digital outreach, and online engagement.
Remote Jobs: Navigating digital platforms, freelancing, and securing remote employment opportunities.
E-Governance: Understanding digital public services, civic technology, and digital governance frameworks.
Programme Format & Delivery
Blended Learning: A dynamic combination of virtual and physical training sessions tailored to deliver practical knowledge and real-world, hands-on experience.
Cohort-Based Structure: The programme will be delivered in structured cohorts over the course of the 3-month duration to ensure an effective, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Target Audience & Eligibility
Young people and adolescent girls residing in Yobe State who are eager to build practical digital skills and advance their careers.

Certification
Upon successful completion of all required training activities and meeting the acceptable grading criteria, participants will be awarded an official Certificate of Completion in recognition of their dedication, active participation, and demonstrated achievement.
