ABOUT THINK EQUAL
Think Equal is seeking qualified and motivated consultants to fill Programme Coordinator positions in Kano and Oyo States, Nigeria.
The successful candidates will support the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Think Equal programmes in their respective states. They will also work closely with the Federal Ministry of Education, the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), State Ministries of Education, and other relevant education stakeholders to strengthen programme delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be expected to:
– Coordinate the development and implementation of Think Equal programmes in their assigned states.
– Monitor programme activities and prepare progress reports and outcome assessments.
– Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government ministries, agencies, and education stakeholders.
– Support effective programme coordination and implementation.
– Engage relevant partners to improve programme delivery and achieve intended outcomes.
– Collaborate with education stakeholders to support the successful implementation of programme activities.
