Role Overview
Workforce Group is recruiting high-performing Retail Direct Sales Agents (DSA) and SME Direct Sales Executives (DSE) on behalf of a leading organization in the banking and financial services sector. Successful candidates will drive sales initiatives, engage prospects, build strong customer relationships, and achieve assigned commercial targets across the South-South region.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively market and sell financial products and services to retail and SME client segments.
Acquire new customers and expand market presence within designated locations.
Support ongoing sales activities and maintain high-value customer relationships.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum of OND. An HND or B.Sc. is an added advantage.
Age Limit: 30 years old or below.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Mindset: Proactive, sales-driven, and highly target-oriented.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₦115,000 – ₦129,000
