Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and direct them to appropriate bank services.
Address customer inquiries in a polite, professional, and efficient manner.
Assist branch team members with day-to-day operational tasks.
Prepare, update, and organize records and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the corporate image of the bank at all times.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:
Education: Hold a minimum qualification of a National Diploma (ND).
Age: Must be 26 years old or younger.
Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in spoken English.
Commitment: Available and willing to commit to the entire 6-month engagement period.
