Position Overview

The Babban Gona Career Accelerator Programme (Operations) 2026 is an intensive, fast-track leadership pathway created to develop the next generation of operations leaders in African agriculture.

This program offers ambitious young professionals hands-on field experience, team management opportunities, and direct involvement in tackling real-world agricultural and operational challenges. As a participant, you will work alongside field teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and create measurable social impact for thousands of smallholder farmers.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Team Leadership: Oversee and support ground operations, managing field teams to ensure project targets and operational benchmarks are met.

• Process & Productivity Optimization: Apply data-driven approaches to solve complex logistical, operational, and supply-chain challenges across agricultural communities.

• Community Engagement: Work directly with smallholder farming communities to implement Babban Gona’s high-impact agricultural models.

• Performance & Data Tracking: Utilize modern tech tools to monitor, analyze, and report field performance metrics accurately.

Candidate Qualifications & Eligibility
