1. CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Locations: Abuja, Lagos & Rivers, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Educational Requirement: OND, HND, or BSc/BA in a relevant field

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as a Client Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience: Deliver outstanding, positive, and professional client support across all touchpoints.

Account Management: Oversee customer onboarding, account setup, KYC validation, regulatory compliance, upgrades, and maintenance.

Card & Digital Services: Manage card lifecycles/issuance and educate customers on MoMo products and digital channels.

Operations & Compliance: Maintain operational documentation, prepare reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Issue Resolution: Handle complaints, troubleshoot technical requests, and escalate/coordinate complex cases cross-departmentally.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

Proven experience in client support and multi-departmental coordination.

Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous record-keeping and administrative capabilities.

Willingness to travel to client locations when operational needs require.

Commitment to staying updated on industry and service developments.

2. FIBRE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Nigeria
