About the Role
Sun King is recruiting Area Business Managers to lead sales, collections, and distribution operations for our EasyBuy Direct Sales business. In this role, you will recruit, train, and direct a team of at least 40 Energy Officers, drive commercial targets, foster strong customer relationships, and expand Sun King’s market footprint within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and retain a minimum of 40 Energy Officers. Conduct weekly progress reviews and recognize top performers.
Field Operations & Coaching: Set daily responsibilities, targets, and sales routes. Accompanied field visits to assist Energy Officers with initial sales, joint market activations, and community outreach.
Target Execution: Meet and exceed monthly sales and collection metrics. Track payment performance, address customer issues, and support active portfolio collections.
Customer Success: Oversee end-to-end customer care, including delivery, installation, payment process guidance, and ongoing after-sales support.
Territory Strategy & Growth: Expand the retail presence, analyze competitor movement, implement localized strategies, and safeguard operational resources and marketing materials.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on sales experience with a track record of field team management and customer care.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Core Competencies: Strong operational planning, organizational skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and deep knowledge of the local territory.
Leadership Attributes: Demonstrated capability to motivate field agents, solve complex operational challenges, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
