About the Role
BizFlex B-Commerce is an all-in-one digital platform designed to help business owners sell online, accept payments, manage inventory, track sales, and supervise staff seamlessly.
We are seeking driven, self-motivated Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to introduce the BizFlex B-Commerce platform to business owners across key target cities. In this role, you will act as a growth partner for local businesses, driving adoption and helping them set up and navigate the platform to scale their operations.

Oyo | Benin | Onitsha | Aba
Warri | Calabar | Uyo | Asaba
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition: Proactively prospect and introduce the BizFlex B-Commerce platform to business owners within your city.
Value Demonstration: Educate prospective clients on how the platform’s features (e.g., inventory management, online sales, payment processing) can address their business challenges.
Onboarding & Support: Guide interested businesses through the registration process, complete their initial account setup, and ensure a smooth start on the platform.
Capacity Building: Attend and actively participate in mandatory online training programs, team sessions, and performance reviews.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills.
Ability to self-manage and work independently in a remote capacity.
Basic digital literacy and familiarity with smartphone/web applications.
Familiarity with the commercial landscape and business hubs of your local city.
Prior experience in direct sales, field sales, or merchant onboarding is an advantage.
