ABOUT THE ROLE
MyCyberClinics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead project execution across its digital healthcare platform.
In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage priorities, eliminate execution bottlenecks, and turn business goals into measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate projects across Product, Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, and Medical Operations.
Planning & Execution: Translate high-level business objectives into clear project plans, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
Workflow Management: Manage project workflows, sprints, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project KPIs, keep deadlines on track, and prepare progress reports for leadership.
Collaboration & Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure team decisions turn into concrete actions.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions before delivery is impacted.
Product Support: Assist product development with requirements gathering, user testing, feedback, and rollout.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, trackers, action logs, and reporting systems.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve team planning, communication, collaboration, and delivery methods.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in project management, programme management, operations, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and competing priorities.
Hands-on experience working with technology or digital products.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint workflows.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
High autonomy—able to take ownership and deliver without constant supervision.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in using KPIs, reports, project trackers, and performance data.
High attention to detail and rigorous documentation habits.
Added Advantage: Experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack, or similar toolsets.
Added Advantage: Prior background in HealthTech, Startups, SaaS, or digital platforms.
