Role Overview
PremiumHR Solution is recruiting driven professionals on behalf of a top-tier banking institution across Northern Nigeria. Candidates will drive retail product expansion, acquire new retail and SME customers, onboard banking agents, and meet strategic business development targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition and promote retail/SME banking products across target markets.
Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective agents and customers onto the digital banking platform.
Conduct field marketing activities and execute growth strategies to meet monthly performance targets.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key retail clients, business owners, and field agents.
Provide continuous support to agents and clients to ensure active platform utilization.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in retail banking, field sales, or agent networking.
Skills:
Proven track record in target-driven field sales or customer acquisition.
Deep understanding of banking product distribution and agent onboarding.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
