📌 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
XPRMNT Ventures Ltd is looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media & Content Manager to join our growing venture studio in Kano.
In this role, you will help build and strengthen our online presence by crafting engaging content, sharing authentic brand stories, and executing a consistent, growth-focused content strategy.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Storytelling & Creation: Produce compelling content highlighting company wins, team culture, milestones, activities, and data.
Media Production: Capture and edit original photo and video content on-site in Kano.
AI-Assisted Workflow: Creatively leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to boost productivity and refine content development.
Calendar Management: Maintain and oversee a structured content calendar.
Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity across brand voice, messaging, and visual aesthetics.
🔍 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience: Less than 3 years of relevant experience with a strong, compelling portfolio.
Creative Instinct: Exceptional storytelling ability and a passion for digital content & audience engagement.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva and experience with AI-powered content creation tools.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English (Hausa language proficiency is an added advantage).
Mindset: A proactive self-starter ready to take ownership, experiment, and bring bold ideas to the table.
