1. Station Manager

Key Responsibilities
Operations & HSE: Oversee LNG and LCNG supply, sales, and station documentation. Supervise staff, enforce strict safety protocols, ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, and manage relationships with host communities.
Equipment & Maintenance: Maintain facility equipment and installations in optimal working order, including managing site power supply and routine generator servicing.
Business Development & Sales: Drive market awareness for LNG/LCNG products, analyze market trends to set sales targets, identify opportunities among transporters and businesses, and track competitor pricing to maximize profitability.
Financial & Administrative Control: Manage site operating expenses, maintain accurate records, oversee team coordination, and fulfill management assignments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or an Engineering degree paired with strong commercial experience.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative or sales experience in FMCG, logistics, CNG/LPG stations, tank farms, or related sectors.
Proven track record in business development, customer relationship management, and financial oversight.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. LCNG Operator / Dispenser

Locations: Abuja | Maiduguri (Borno State) | Bauchi (Bauchi State) | Potiskum (Yobe State) | Enugu (Enugu State)
Experience Level: Experienced
Key Responsibilities
Dispensing & Operations: Safe, efficient operation of CNG and LNG station equipment for vehicle and skid refueling.
Maintenance & Inventory: Track gas inventory, perform routine equipment care, coordinate with maintenance teams, and keep station facilities clean.
Reporting & Reconciliation: Maintain logs of gas transactions, conduct sales reconciliations, and compile maintenance reports for the Station Manager.
Safety & Emergency Response: Execute emergency response protocols, carry out regular safety inspections, participate in safety training, and educate customers on safe refueling procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) in a Science or Engineering discipline, OR SSCE with at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating LPG, CNG, LNG, or liquid-fueling dispensers.
Strong knowledge of CNG/LNG safety compliance and emergency handling.
Excellent customer service, basic sales reconciliation, and interpersonal communication skills.
