The Kaduna State Primary Health Care Board invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following permanent and pensionable positions:
VACANT POSITIONS
1. Medical Officer
Placement: Grade Level 12
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Medicine from a recognized institution.
Must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
Completion of NYSC or an official Certificate of Exemption.
Minimum of one (1) year post-registration cognate experience.
2. Administrative Officer II
Placement: Grade Level 08
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline within the Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized university.
3. Accountant II
Placement: Grade Level 08
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accountancy from a recognized university.
4. Staff Nurse / Staff Midwife
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) qualification from a recognized nursing/midwifery institution, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
5. Community Health Technician (CHEW)
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Professional Diploma or National Diploma in Community Health Practice from a recognized College/School of Health Science/Technology, registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria.
6. Environmental Health Technician
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Professional Diploma or National Diploma in Environmental Health from a recognized institution, registered with the Environmental Health Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.
7. Medical Record Technician
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or National Diploma in Health Information Management or equivalent, registered with the Health Information Management Registration Board of Nigeria (HIMRBN).
8. Medical Laboratory Technician
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.
9. Pharmacy Technician
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Completion of the prescribed 3-year training program at a recognized institution and registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
10. Health Educator
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Completion of the prescribed 3-year training program in Health Education at a recognized institution, registered with the appropriate regulatory body.
11. Nutrition Officer
Placement: Grade Level 07
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or National Diploma in Food Science, Home Economics, Applied Nutrition, or equivalent, registered with the relevant professional council.
12. Community Health Assistant (JCHEW)
Placement: Grade Level 04
Nature of Appointment: Permanent and Pensionable
Educational Qualification: Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW) from a recognized institution, registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria.
