Available Positions
1. Investment Analyst
Focus Area: Clean Energy Investments & Venture Support
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate early-stage and growth-stage clean technology investment opportunities.
Perform financial modeling, market research, and rigorous due diligence on prospective ventures.
Assist in structuring deals and supporting portfolio companies within the Hub’s ecosystem.
Prepare investment memos, reports, and pitch decks for stakeholders and funding partners.
2. Program Assistant
Focus Area: Program Management & Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational, administrative, and logistical support across active programs and projects.
Assist in program research, data collection, and drafting progress reports.
Support stakeholder communication, workshop coordination, and event planning.
Coordinate daily program activities to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
3. Junior Associate – Circular Economy & Youth Engagement
Focus Area: Sustainability Initiatives & Community Strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of circular economy and waste-to-value initiatives.
Facilitate youth engagement programs, capacity-building workshops, and outreach campaigns.
Conduct research on local and regional circular economy trends and policy frameworks.
Collaborate with community partners and youth networks to drive climate action.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Passion for Impact: A strong interest in clean energy, climate action, circular economy, and sustainable development across Africa.
Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, written communication, research, and project management skills.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.
Background: Relevant academic or professional background in Finance, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Public Policy, or related fields.
