ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT
IMPACTOMETRICS is inviting qualified and experienced data collectors to support the field research for the Mid-Term Evaluation of the EYEFON 2 Project in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State.
Selected data collectors will work alongside the research team to gather qualitative data from key respondents and community members. The study focuses on critical issues affecting young people, including youth entrepreneurship, employability, sustainable livelihoods, and viable alternatives to irregular migration and human trafficking.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field-based engagement and qualitative data collection across target communities.
Communicate effectively with study participants while facilitating discussions.
Maintain accurate documentation and prompt submission of field data.
Strictly adhere to research ethics, data security, and participant confidentiality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Resident Requirement: Must be a current resident of Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State.
Experience: Proven track record in field research and qualitative data collection.
Training: Prior CRADI training is an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection tools and platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and community engagement abilities.
Teamwork & Ethics: Demonstrated knowledge of research ethics and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Availability: Full commitment for the mandatory briefing on September 5, 2026, and the ~5-day fieldwork period from September 7–12, 2026.
