Job Summary
Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to acquire new merchants, expand existing portfolios, and drive revenue growth through innovative transaction finance solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: ₦240,656 Gross (₦203,408 Net)
Miscellaneous/Field Allowance: ₦50,000 during probation; increases to ₦100,000 upon confirmation
Commission: 3.5% of revenue generated (Uncapped earning potential)
Health & Welfare: HMO Insurance & Pension contributions
Growth: High earning potential tied directly to performance
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and onboard new merchants across assigned locations.
Portfolio & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients while monitoring performance for expansion opportunities.
Revenue Generation: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to pinpoint prospective high-value merchants.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end merchant experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, fintech, banking, or related financial services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
Key Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing capabilities.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to meet tight deadlines.
