Job Description
Orange Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Representative in Kaduna State. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting and selling our products and services, identifying new customer acquisition opportunities, and supporting impactful marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell company products and services to potential customers to drive revenue growth.
Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify new customers and emerging sales opportunities within Kaduna State.
Marketing & Events: Assist in organizing promotional events and executing marketing campaigns.
Customer Engagement: Provide accurate product information, respond promptly to customer enquiries, and collect feedback to help improve product offerings.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors’ activities and report key market trends.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
Stock & Inventory Support: Assist with stock management and ensure optimal product availability at retail outlets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to implement effective, results-oriented marketing strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must possess a functional and reliable Android phone.
Fluency in Hausa will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in sales and marketing is an advantage, though enthusiastic candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration & Benefits
Competitive Salary: Monthly salary ranging from ₦75,000 to ₦250,000 (commensurate with experience and performance).
