🔹 Role 1: Bank Teller / Service Executive
Location: Northern Region (Nationwide)
Position: Bank Teller / Customer Service / Service Executive
Remuneration: ₦160,000 – ₦162,000 monthly
Benefits: HMO, Pension, and additional corporate benefits
Requirements
Education: B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or front-line service delivery.
Skills: Strong IT/technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
🔹 Role 2: Service Executive / Customer Service
Location: Wuse Zone 5, Abuja
Position: Customer Service / Service Teller
Remuneration: ₦200,000 – ₦215,000 monthly
Benefits: HMO, Pension, and additional corporate benefits
Requirements
Education: B.Sc or HND strictly.
NYSC: Must have completed NYSC (Discharge Certificate) or possess an official Exemption Letter.
Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience. Prior experience in banking operations and client support is an added advantage.
Key Competencies: Strong IT skills, ability to manage customer enquiries efficiently, and rapid resolution of service issues.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service and manage day-to-day customer enquiries.
Support smooth branch operations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
