ABOUT THE COMPANY
New Age Mobile Concepts Limited is a premier indigenous consumer electronics and mobile phone accessories manufacturer and nationwide wholesale distributor in Nigeria. Our product line includes power banks, travel chargers, data cables, smartwatches, and Bluetooth audio devices. We are expanding our operations and seeking qualified candidates for four key positions across our sales and inventory divisions.
OPEN POSITIONS
1. Inventory Supervisor (South East)
Location: Anambra, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
Role Overview
Supervise inventory operations, maintain stock reconciliation, and ensure full compliance with internal financial and supply chain standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, reconcile, and audit inventory accounts, physical counts, and cycle counts.
Investigate stock discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and generate decision-making reports.
Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to optimize control procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Professional certification is an advantage).
Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory accounting/control roles.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
2. Inventory Specialist (South East)
Location: Anambra, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
Role Overview
Manage daily store operations, monitor stock movements using FIFO standards, and maintain store organization and loss prevention protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, record, and issue incoming/outgoing stock based on approved requests.
Maintain organized electronic/manual store records, prevent stock loss/damage, and conduct stock counts.
Monitor replenishment needs and maintain clean, safe store environments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of storekeeping and inventory experience within FMCG or consumer electronics.
Proven track record in store management and stock control systems.
3. Modern Retail Sales Specialist
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
Role Overview
Drive brand presence, manage planogram execution, and maximize shelf visibility and sales across modern retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute planograms, set up secondary displays, and negotiate premium shelf space.
Coordinate POS materials, in-store promotions, and stock rotations (FIFO).
Train store promoters, analyze sales data, track competitor activities, and submit digital field reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in FMCG or consumer electronics modern retail environments.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data analysis skills; willingness to travel regionally.
4. Regional Sales Manager (North)
Location: Covering Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, and Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₦500,000 – ₦750,000 Monthly
Role Overview
Lead regional sales strategy, expand distribution networks, and manage high-performing field sales teams across Northern Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Execute regional sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Onboard and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
Lead, coach, and performance-manage Territory Sales Executives and drive route-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer electronics, with 2–3 years in a regional/area management role.
Deep knowledge of Northern regional market dynamics and proven distributor management experience.
