Schedule: 4:30 PM – 11:30 PM WAT (Covering North American EST hours)
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 monthly
About the Role
Backline OutSourcing is seeking a calm, organized, and highly reliable professional to provide after-hours administrative and client support. Working independently as the sole on-shift operator, you will ensure urgent operational matters are handled promptly and accurately while maintaining seamless communication with the primary team.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & SLAs: Monitor email inboxes, respond within defined SLA windows, and handle inbound calls to assess urgency or escalate emergencies.
Operations & Reporting: Prepare detailed shift handover reports at the end of every shift and maintain internal tracking logs and records.
Travel & Payroll Support: Research travel options for healthcare professionals, escalate approvals when required, and review reimbursement submissions to flag discrepancies for Payroll.
Requirements
Call & Inbox Management: Proven track record of handling high-priority/emergency calls, managing active email inboxes, and meeting strict response SLAs.
Communication & Autonomy: Excellent written and spoken English, strong documentation skills, and the confidence to make sound independent decisions within established guidelines.
Reliability: Demonstrated ability to work consistently and independently during scheduled evening hours.
Bonus Points: Prior experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, BPO, travel booking, or reimbursement administration.
