About the Project
Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative (BBYDI) is seeking dedicated and reliable Field Enumerators to support a localized census of out-of-school girls across selected local government areas, wards, and communities in Kaduna State.
The primary objective of this project is to generate accurate, community-level data to support evidence-based education planning and significantly improve girls’ access to quality education.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection: Conduct field data collection efficiently using KoboCollect on mobile devices.
Enumeration Delivery: Complete assigned ward-level enumeration tasks within two weeks of deployment.
Reporting: Submit a brief report following fieldwork detailing key observations, findings, and field challenges.
Training Participation: Attend and actively participate in a mandatory one-day online training session lasting approximately two hours.
Data Privacy: Safeguard all collected information, strictly complying with the project’s data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Eligibility Requirements
Residency: Must currently reside in Kaduna State.
Technical Skills: Possess basic digital skills with comfort and proficiency in using a smartphone or computer.
Training Availability: Willingness to attend the mandatory online training.
Soft Skills: High level of reliability, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Compliance: Willingness to sign and fully adhere to the Data Protection and Confidentiality Agreement.
Remuneration
Successful candidates will receive fixed project stipends. Specific payment rates and schedules will be communicated directly to shortlisted and selected candidates.
