B-Freedom Outsourcing is a professional collection service provider dedicated to assisting loan institutions in the swift and effective recovery of bad debt. We deploy skilled and experienced recovery agents to support loan agencies, utilizing multiple communication channels—including SMS, phone calls, and emails—to remind and encourage customers to fulfill their repayments.
Job Details & Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone calls and messages to follow up on outstanding loan repayments.
- Guide customers smoothly through the payment process.
- Persuade reluctant customers to make payments promptly.
- Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans with clients.
- Meet established weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Provide accurate, proper, and timely reports of daily work activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: SSCE, FSLC, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must own a functional Android phone to work with.
- Must be ready to work on-site in Ijaye, Abule Egba, Lagos.
- Note: Training will be provided for newly recruited candidates.
Job Perks & Benefits
- Salary: N60,000 – N150,000 per month
