Compensation: ₦80,000 – ₦120,000 (Performance-based: candidates may earn more based on the volume of completed work)
ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading e-commerce platform is seeking temporary Field Research Assistants to support a targeted pharmacy data collection project across Abuja. This role is ideal for proactive, tech-savvy individuals with strong interpersonal skills who excel in field data collection and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Visits: Accompany the Project Lead to conduct visits to designated pharmacies across Abuja.
Data Collection: Administer questionnaires and surveys to pharmacy personnel efficiently and professionally.
Data Management: Accurately record, organize, and submit survey responses using Google Sheets in real time.
Team Collaboration: Support the broader project team with ad-hoc field data collection activities as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and digital data entry via mobile or tablet devices.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Interpersonal Approach: A confident, articulate, and friendly demeanour when engaging pharmacy staff and stakeholders.
Mobility: Full willingness and ability to travel to various pharmacy locations within Abuja.
PREFERRED & ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS
Industry Experience: Previous experience working within a pharmacy or retail environment.
Fieldwork Background: Prior experience in field research, survey administration, market research, or data collection.
