Role Overview
We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Developer to strengthen internal capabilities across enterprise integrations, cloud-hosted services, deployment automation, and shared technical platforms.
In this role, you will design cloud-first solutions, support business-critical integrations, mitigate operational risks, and help modernize legacy systems into secure, scalable cloud services. You will partner closely with cross-functional technical teams and business system owners to take ownership of production integrations, platform management, and ongoing modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Integration & Cloud Development: Design, build, and support cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure. Develop and maintain API-based, queue-based, file-based, and scheduled processing integrations.
DevOps & Automation: Strengthen CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment configurations (using Azure DevOps or similar). Manage secrets, source control, and deployment security.
Legacy Modernization: Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, reduce dependencies on legacy systems, and transition core components to modern cloud platforms.
Operational Resilience & Support: Perform root-cause troubleshooting across application, data, integration, and platform layers. Ensure production service continuity and lead knowledge-transfer initiatives.
Hybrid Infrastructure: Partner with PATH IT Infrastructure teams to maintain hybrid, server-hosted, and on-premises integrations.
Innovation: Explore and integrate modern engineering tools, automation patterns, and AI-enabled capabilities into existing systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in cloud development, software engineering, or enterprise application integration.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Azure and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
Integration Patterns: Proven track record with REST APIs, asynchronous messaging/queues, file exchanges, data transformations, and scheduled tasks.
Data & Tooling: Proficient with SQL Server, ETL/data pipelines, Python-based cloud functions, databases, and web applications.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical troubleshooting, clear technical writing, robust organizational abilities, and fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Enterprise software integration (e.g., Salesforce, Unit4/Business World, Workday, identity/document management platforms).
Implementation of authentication standards (SSO, Service Principals, OAuth).
Working within nonprofit, international development, or mission-driven environments.
Practical exposure to AI tools and AI-enabled development workflows.
