Role Overview
N.E.A.T Microcredit is seeking proactive and results-driven Relationship Officers to join our growing team across key branch locations in Zaria, Kaduna, Karu, and Kano. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing client portfolios, supporting loan performance, and driving sustainable business growth within your assigned branch.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition: Drive active outreach to acquire new clients and expand the branch’s customer footprint.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through high-quality customer service and ongoing communication.
Loan Portfolio Performance: Monitor and manage customer loans to ensure high repayment performance and healthy portfolio maintenance.
Business Growth: Identify market opportunities, execute strategic sales efforts, and achieve assigned branch targets.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in customer relationship management, sales, or financial services.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain client loyalty.
