Position Overview
An organisation is seeking young, professional, and customer-focused graduates to fill the position of In-Branch Concierge. Successful candidates will act as the primary point of contact, welcoming customers, providing front-desk assistance, responding to basic inquiries, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience within the branch.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers professionally and warmly upon arrival.
Provide accurate basic information and direct customers to appropriate personnel or services.
Resolve basic customer inquiries to facilitate a smooth in-branch journey.
Maintain an orderly, professional, and welcoming branch environment.
Provide support for additional customer service duties and activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
National Service: Completion of the mandatory NYSC program is compulsory.
Age Limit: Applicants must be 26 years old or younger.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal abilities, and a dedicated customer-service orientation.
Presentation: High standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.
