About the Role
Punchline Marketing Hub is seeking a motivated Intern for the position of Training Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience in training coordination, project support, administration, and professional development. You will work closely with internal teams, external facilitators, and participants to ensure the successful execution and documentation of key training activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Logistics: Assist in scheduling training sessions, organizing event logistics, and preparing necessary training materials prior to each program.
Communication & Liaison: Serve as a direct point of contact between the company, facilitators, and participants—distributing schedules, updates, and requirements promptly.
Session Support: Provide operational support during live training events to ensure smooth delivery and seamless execution.
Documentation & Reporting: Track participant attendance, collect feedback from stakeholders, and prepare summary reports capturing outcomes, observations, and recommendations.
Administrative Assistance: Execute additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with solid interpersonal skills.
Organization: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong team spirit, and a eager willingness to learn.
