Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure a efficient and seamless workflow.
Transaction Processing: Process and verify banking transactions with high accuracy.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to internal banking policies and regulatory standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise, up-to-date customer files and transaction logs.
Reconciliation: Reconcile daily transactions and resolve any operational discrepancies.
Customer Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with institutional standards.
Reporting: Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Age Limit: 27 years or below.
Education: B.Sc or HND in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Experience: Prior experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of banking operations, procedures, and customer service principles.
