About the Role
Barnksforte Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex technology and infrastructure initiatives across Nigeria. In this role, you will coordinate contractors, vendors, technical teams, and key stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets the highest standards of scope, timing, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Site Coordination: Lead and manage multi-site technology, telecommunications, systems, and physical infrastructure projects across various locations.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Direct multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, construction contractors, and technology vendors.
Project Execution: Monitor concurrent workstreams to deliver projects within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and safety constraints.
Planning & Risk Control: Drive project planning, resource scheduling, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder alignment.
Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and executive updates.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management or implementation experience.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering multi-site construction, tech, or telecom projects.
Core Competencies: Strong mastery of project planning, scheduling, risk control, and multi-workstream management.
Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel frequently to project sites across Nigeria.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
Direct experience handling hybrid projects combining physical infrastructure with IT/telecom systems.
Experience overseeing large-scale or nationwide implementation programs.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery frameworks.
